When in need I won't discriminate. I do however possess a decently refined pallet for beer tasting. I'd like to think I have decent taste. Sometimes though, you've just got to swaller down whatever mass produced chemical water is available.

No traditional St. Patty's Day dinner here. We'll stock up on briskets in a week or two when the thrill wears off and they go on sale. Last week hams were on sale so we smoked one Saturday. Yum!
