leghog, I was going to ask if you'd identify the knives in this post, but when I quoted it to post in my response, I noticed that the "img codes" actually are pretty informative. :o I had correctly recognized the Swiss Champ and the Recruit (one of my favorite SAKs, because of the 2 knife blades), but I was surprised to learn that the top knife is a Wenger Watchmaker; I'd have bet it was a Vic Pocket Pal. :(:eek: The bottom knife is a Wenger, but what model? I couldn't deduce it from the image code.

Here are some of my SAKs:

Impressive collection Dave !!! You've removed the lanyard tang on a few haven't you? And the one next to the bottom in the middle ... what's the story with that one?

Thanks BrotherJim :), nothing removed (not a great photo), second to bottom is a '76 soldier and 2 soldiers above it, then an electrician, farmer, pioneer, bantam on bottom and the red one next to the '76 without a lanyard tang is an Elinox. (If I remember right) :D

I've had this one for 15 years or so. Went on countless hiking trips. Haven't carried it in probably 5 years. In the pocket it goes.

Wenger Highlander with scales swapped in from an Evo 18.

This or another Highlander with stock red scales are current faves, coupled with a Vic Classic, often the forest green one: EDC.

I am looking for leads on locating some old Wengers, please PM me with info!

As for my SAKs, for now I just have a Alox cadet that is carried daily, and has yet to fail me! Great little knife that has exceeded my expectations based upon the SAKs I've had as a kid!
