Than wedge the knife between the two planks and two a chin up several times and see what happens

Most folder blades will crack readily here and not stress the lock at all, the exception would be folders like the Manix, SnG and Fulcrum. The Manix can do it if you lock it right next to the handle, the SnG should (based on other blades of similar size) as long as you don't load the tip, and the Fulcrum will do it no matter where you lock it because it has little taper.

Dijos,

I don't think that they are currently being made.
I bought them on clearance from a local hunting/fishing/gun store.
After I bought them, I searched the forums and the internet and came up empty.

However...
They were so cheap at the time that I actually bought three of them thinking that I might give them to my two brothers and my father.
But they really are cheapies and I would rather give my brothers a better knife (I gave my dad a Benchmade 770 carbon fiber).
Tell you what, I'll give one to you for free.
E-mail me your addess and I'll mail one to you on monday.

Allen.
