You know you have bought too many knives when.....

You spend 20 minutes trying to come up with a clever "You know you have too many knives" quote

You have too many knives when you come home and the power has been cut off because you bought knives instead of paying the bill!;)

1. Your left arm has no hair on it since you tested every new knife on it for sharpness. (right arm for lefties)
2. ...you teach yourself to test with your left hand on your right hand (or opposite) so you can alternate.
3. ...not just that your left arm has no hair on it but that people begin to notice and call you out on it so you start to use your leg.
4. Everyone else who wants to buy a knife has to come see you.
5. You have to be careful of stacking the boxes too high on top each other so the bottom ones aren't crushed!
6. It takes WAY longer to decide which knife to carry than what to wear(even when going somewhere fancy!)
7. There's not a new knife model in any catalog, in any shop, nor on any internet site that has a new model you don't have.
8. The Federal Reserve is forced to buy up (bail out) your knife debt as a matter of national financial security.
9. When you're pleasantly surprised to find another knife in the mail which you forgot you had ordered... you only remembered the other three.
10.

You know it's happened to you. :D

You know you have bought too many knives when the excel spreadsheet you have your collection cataloged on causes your computer to crash when you open it.

Some strange woman says "Is that a pickle in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?"

My wife says, "I know you don't need anymore knives but there's this yard sale and..."

And I cut her off and say "I know I don't need anymore knives, I just buy them because I want them!"

And there's a cold silence until I ask "Are we there yet?!"

Because she's driving so I can be first out the door. :D

And I wonder why hasn't anybody made a traditional folder that's called a "pickle"? With natural stag handles.

You spend 5 minutes getting ready in the morning, but spend 2 hours obtaining that "perfect edge" on your Edge Pro.

1. When you have been through every room in the house and can't find your Spyderco collection and can't remember the last time you were messing with it...

2. You keep getting boxes in the mail with knives and you don't remember buying them...

3.When you show up for deer season with enough knives for a booth at a Knife Show but forgot your Boots and 7mm Ammo...

4.When your late for work because you stand in front of your Knife Bench trying to decide what and how many knives to carry on any givin day...

5.And last but not least: When your willing to sell them all for ONE "Custom Slipjoint"...

Happy Holidays and be Safe... ~baba~

When it's so hard to decide which knife to carry without hurting the other knive's feelings:D

You have a multi-tool for work, one for hiking and one just for doing "stuff" at your work bench.
Your glad your post office is on the way to work so you can show off and play with it at work.
you can guess how long shipping is from any given part of North America within a day.
your boss says to you "don't you have a new knife coming soon?" (true story)

When your mail man has to go tactical on you and sneak up on your mail box. Then get out before you see him.
P.S. Camouflage mail trucks are hard to see!

Whenever you smile and joke at work, your friends look at you and say ''You're smiling too much today, got a new knife.?"

(and the answer is usually yes)

I'm not even close to knowing and I’ve been collecting knives since I was 9. I'm 65 now and waiting for UPS to come with a package from A.G Russell!

When you skip a day of work JUST to be home to receive a nw knife.. more than once.
