Well, it is what it is. For $20, I'd say get 2 Moras or save a few more $$ and get a BK14. However, it is pretty handy and nice to have around when toting one of the bigger boys.

The pros for me are:
Small enough to keep just about anywhere
Cheep
Actually pretty sharp
Pretty cool shape
Perfect for converting to a friction folder :D

The cons for me are:
Too small to do much
Very hard to get a good grip on--scales of paracord wrap might improve this

I would buy one again, but I wouldn't want to depend on it for much more than, say, spreading cream cheese. ;)

Looks good! Congrats on the school stuff. I'm the absolute best in my class! :rolleyes:

I finished modding a PIF Opinel #9 today. It has a beautiful red oak stain finish--pics tomorrow.

I, too, can't wait for the Kershaw Emersons. $30 for a CQC-6K! It's gonna be a KAI year, these are my planned/hoped for purchases from them:

Ruby 4040
Nura 3.0
BW Cryo
CQC-6K
Thistle
Ember
ZT 454 if they ever get around to producing it...
Possibly a ZT 0562CF

I just checked on Blade HQ and the kershaw emersons are on pre order I might get either a CQC-6K, or a CQC-5K

Really? That's pretty soon. I hope that the Ruby 4040 won't be TOO expensive--like the TiLT...

And I heard a rumor that they would finally get around to producing the 454 in 2014. I hope that the 454 is late in the year so that I have time to save.

Nope, it was well priced for the materials it had and since it was such a limited edition. :)

I'm gonna order an 8K and a BW Thermite
