Purely from an ergonomic perspective, my best to date is an XM18. Some Spydercos like the military/para2 have been very good as well but the extra heft and width of the xm make it just about perfect.

In terms of blades I own, I'll say the ZT 0801. It may just be that it's big enough to force my hand to flow around it. But, the way it curves and swells in the palm is nice.

Strider PT with the SNG right behind it. I find them to be the most comfortable knives I have, the PT is my EDC, I cant seem to find anything to kick it out of my pocket yet.
