Rick1955,
I carried a Western Barlow for close to 10 years. I had to retire it because it was worn to the point where it was prone to closing on me. I still have it. We traveled many miles, saw and did many things together. The Barlow is one of the all time great patterns. I also have several ltd. and commemorative Barlows.

I carry a plain edge Endura in my right front pocket along with a Micra w/ a Photon Microlight, a plain edge Delica in the left, and a Wave on my belt.

Hi,

I carry my Case XXX Barlow off and on. Has more "Walk and Talk" than any other knife I have seen. Cost me only $15 and is a really good knife.

Barlows bring about visions of Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, farm folk and others. They are generally well designed, well made, strong knives.

I may just carry mine tomorrow!

Right now I carry either my Victorinox Electrician or Vic Cadet. Occasionally it's the Wenger Handyman or the Old Timer buzzsaw trapper. And I always feel alittle guilty for leaving the others at home.

I carried a Spyderco Endura for 9 years

, then a CRKT M16-03Z for a few months. Since Chrsitmas I've been carrying my Kershaw Ken Onion Whirlwmind. VERY sharp. On weekends I alternate between a BM AFCK and a BM 730.

I have other knives that are carried to suit the occasion or the surroundings. The above are what goes along most of the time.

I have been looking at some of the recent posts here on Blade Forums and figured that I should bring a topic about knives back to the top of the forum again.

To me, the most important knives are those that we carry and use.

So let's hear about the knives that you carry.

There are lots of registered users here and we have only heard from a few.

I know this has been on here before but I for one always find it interesting to learn what others carry as their everyday carrying knife - that knife that always seems to find it's way into your pocket or belt pouch.

What is yours?

Mine happens to be a Schrade Middleman 3 Bladed Stockman.

Well, I usually carry an axis-lock BM (either 710 or 730) on duty and that knife, plus either a Victorinox Bantam or Tinker off-duty. Hiking is usually a large cold steel voyager and the Tinker. Dave

It varies day to day, and what activities are planned. But for everyday, blue jeans carry, I usually reach for my BM750sbt.
