Ebony is also my favorite, it's the most practical without having to go with synthetic materials and always looks good. I've seen many OLD knives with ebony that's still tight and solid. It's really well wearing.

I concur, I even like my Imperial and Colonial and Hammer Brand clamshell's. I even have at least one confirmed celluloid I like.
Okay, I'm terrible with acronyms, y'all are going to have to help me out. What's MOT?
I like many materials, but the one that appeals to me most is stag or jigged bone in stag-ish earthy colors such as Rogers bone or cases amber jigged bone.
I don't have any yet, but a case mini Texas jack in CV and amber jigged bone is on my short list.
It's just su cha besubeaut handle material.
I honestly have and like just about every cover material ever used, but gnarly ram's horn is my favorite. There is such a wide variety of color and texture that they are almost always fascinating.
