Your favorite/ dream knife

I had lusted after this Rassenti Druid in the fall of 2012, and that December, I had a chance to get one from Peter Rassenti himself but I had some more important issues to attend to and I had to pass on the opportunity and have been kicking myself for it. This was even made more depressing when he announced last spring (2013) that he would no longer be making them. As fate would have it, one came up for sale in the wrong section for a really great price, and I jumped on it. I got it as an early xmas present to myself since my knife fund was unspent when I failed to score an Emerson custom during his online lottery or at the NYCKS.

This one had been on my radar for quite awhile. Very recently received it and have only used it sparingly but I think it's gorgeous and I love it.

I think I would work with tony or reese bose or maybe stan wilson to make my my dream knife. A fancy luxury item that I don't need.

Some years back, my Buck Custom Shop 110 - in teardrop Damascus, nickel silver, and flaming koa wood - became my most expensive knife - but not for long. Its $172 shipped price would be 'chump change' compared to some of my Benchmades, Bokers, CRKs, Lionsteel, ZT's, etc, not to mention a custom Mel Pardue. But - the OP said 'favorite' - and that likely would be a Buck 110 here - that 'dream' modifier identifies this 110:

I think I will be the first to say a plain Scott Cook Lochsa in S30V and Double 18k Gold thumb studs.

almost made it too. but this one is a single thumb stud.

I'm in the process of building my dream Skyline now, i'll bring y'all some pictures when she's done.

If it were enough to imagine it to get one, i'd like a 3.5" jedi blade tanto point with a slim handle. I'd get the blue blade with a cobalt deployment button.

As far as real knives are concerned, if i ever win the lottery i'd probably buy every rockstead knife ever. They really look special.
