What is the one knife related product you own that you would say is the best thing you have ever purchased?

Is it a knife sharpener? Type of lubricant or rust preventive? Storage case? Etc..
 
The Sharpmaker. I own more expensive, fancier sharpeners, but for quick, consistent, excellent results I just find it impossible to beat the Sharpmaker.
 
Not the best ever, as I have the above also. But the little ''Speedy Sharp'' is handy to hang with your keys. Emergency sharpener and it peels hellacious sparks off a fero rod.
 
zippo lighter fluid in a zippo fluid holding keychain. gets the tape off my knives when breaking down lots of cardboard.

I'll 2nd the leather strop and compound.

and 'fluid film' to prevent rust on my blades.
 
I have done some good work...and some crap work...on my Edge Pro. I like it...when I can make it work for me. It's the best way that I have to get a decent edge.

Leather and leather working tools, was able to make my own pocket clip sheath. The sheath is my favorite accessory.
