YOUR Keychain Knife

I use a quick release for ease of use/access:thumbsup:

Well, my keychain is my wallet and car fob. Anything further would be stupid, detachable or not. And I still wouldn't do a knife on my keychain, even if the aforementioned weren't the case. Much better places for it as far as I'm concerned, the fifth pocket of pants being the best of all. I don't use it for anything else, so voila, perfect fit.

I got a SOG key knife on my keyring. I general, I'm not a fan of SOG folders but this one is OK.
Sorry, no photo but Sog's descriptoon reads: Folding blade key chain knife with a handle the shape and size of a standard house key.
Very discret.

SAK Classic ("Three Wise Monkeys") on the car-key chain and Gerber Dime on the house/miscellaneous key chain.

I had a SAK Classic SD on my main keyring for a long time until switching it for a Leatherman Squirt. Nice to have the larger blade and pliers, but I do miss having the toothpick and tweezers.

I red this right after the post before it and almost threw up! A Vic classic, toothpick is most used, found in nyc street!

Not just nyc. I found a little beat up black classic with an advertising logo on the handle, in the parking lot of the local grocery store. Took it home and cleaned it up and sharpened it and it's now in service rotation. The tang stamp and the screw instead of a rivet on the scissors makes it an old one.

They are the worlds most mass produced pocket knife.

In only put a screwpop on when I travel, otherwise, my keychain is already too big and heavy.

I've tried a variety of key chain knives, flashlights, multitools, and pry bars and I always end up taking them off again. I can't stand carrying a heavy, lumpy key chain in my pocket all day, so I pare it down to the absolute minimum (door key, car key, mailbox key). I carry my knife in my opposite pocket, my phone in a shirt pocket, and anything else in a belt sheath or off body.

I had a Schrade LB1 (Little Bear?) that I had on my key ring so long it wore thru the bail. I sent it back to Schrade and they replace the bail and cleaned up the wood scales and blade. Then I started to fly a lot, so now it just sits in my drawer. John

Be careful dude, the lock on mine fails under minimal use. Looks cool though. Maybe I got a lemon?...

I normally can load pics.... It's fighting me today. LM Micra, cold steel micro recon, and a UST whistle, and a "Friendly Swede grenade" (a paracord mini survival kit).

Yup. True story. It was laying in the street on Madison Ave just South of East 115 st. Years later I also found a Victorinox Spartan in black on the floor of a NYPD police van with the tweezers covered in marijuana resin. I'm guessing some perp was using the tweezers as a "roach clip".
