If you're in a boat in the middle of the ocean and the boat capsizes and your wife and your knife are going down. Which one do you save? By the way, my wife prompted me to post this. Catch 22?

Women float pretty well. This way, she gets rid of you AND your knives. How much insurance did you say you have?

My wife stood by me when it seemed like the whole world was trying to sh** on me. I can always make, buy, or steal another knife.

For me, Semper Fi has a very deep meaning.

This is a silly question, knives are replaceable.

Uh, exactly what knife are we talking about?

You just have to assume the question's in fun, or . . . .

No knife is as sharp, beautiful, or more wonderful to handle than my wife!!

I guess you know what I'm choosing!!

if you really have to ask that question maybe you better work on your relationship!!

When I looked at the question I thought of something different. I have a fishing buddy that was getting for the wedding and his fiance told him "it's either the boat or me"
We fish on that boat a lot.
How about if you hear "them knives or me"?

If I had a wife that would give me such an ultimatum I would probably choose the knives. Since I don't, I don't have to worry about it.

As far as the falling out of the boat thing, I would save my wife without a second thought.

Hey I do not have a wife either. She got fired because she spent too much time with her boyfriend. So I do not have a problem.. But I do agree with some of the guys Kives are replacable.. if I had a wife( And I will be more selective the next time) She would already know how to swim.

I used to be disgusted .Now I am just amused....I feel much better now that I have given up all hope

My wife would never get into a boat.

Ok, Since I started the topic I'll reply. My wife. I can always buy another knife. Besides, she puts up with my knife affliction.

Hey this is a serious subject!

Why just a couple of days ago I was thinking about this as the wife and I cruised around the South Pacific. For me it all comes down to this:
1) How deep is the water?
2) What knife are we talking about?
3) Are you going to need it before you get
rescued?
4) Was it her idea to take this cruise?
