Mine would be "full out" Italian.I'm talking about Stuffed Shells,Eggplant Parmesan,Lasagna,Meatballs,Veal Parmesan,Baked Ziti with some fresh Italian bread,Garlic Knots & warm olive oil for dipping.All made with my Grandmother's (from scratch) marinara sauce of course.
I don't drink,but it's the Apocalypse right?...a large bottle of the best red wine to go with it.
Second choice would be Venison Filet Mignon with all the Shrimp I could eat(breaded & not)...a fine white wine with this one ,followed by a snifter of Grande Monet....
