I just met a guy that carrys the 110 everywhere , even with shorts. He said it was good to have if you need to hammer something
 
Small Kutmaster from Wards in the 70's. It was my grandfathers and was his daily carry for years. Only reason I'll hold on to it till the end.
 
Ooo...that's a nice older 110 you got there 5kq. Just as well you don't use it much!
Thanks, quaboag. Frank (knarfeng) posted a link to a thread about dating Buck 110s, and if I'm interpreting the info there correctly, mine is from 1967. (Tang stamp just "BUCK", perpendicular to spine, no "usa", no dots, no year symbol; fits description about rivets, structure of rear bolsters, lock spring, etc.)

Yeah, I have some hammer marks on the bolsters of my 110 from doing that. At the time seemed like a good idea.
