Your Most Anticipated 2011 Knife

Hi Slidetechnik -

I am really looking forward to getting my hands on a Kershaw Tilt. That will be my first knife with a ball-bearing pivot, and I am anxious to try that technology.

I also am looking forward to my JK Handmade Knives Kentucky Fieldmate  .

Of course I am also excited to recieve my DPX H.E.S.T Folder LE and Production models too.

Should be a great year (again).

best regards -

I have to agree on the Izula folder. I sure hope it comes out next year.

My most anticipated knife of 2011? My Murray Carter custom. I'm incredibly excited to put my hands on it, the Redwood burl that I handpicked is simply going to look fantastic, and the profile is my absolute favorite.

My Demko custom. The snow is slowing down the delivery process and it's killing me.

Is it just me, or is there are so many great models from great companies being released this year? There's a few from Kershaw, such as the Echelon, piston, and on the Spyderco side, fluted ti military, lion steel colaboration, etc. My wallets already feeling lighter.

To tell you the truth, the MOST ANTICIPATED knife of the year will always be the knife that's currently being mailed to me... :) (currently my TSEK 805, since apparently it got missent, and now I have to wait till Monday).

However, I will go with:

Fluted Ti Military
Benchmade 470 (wanna handle it first)
Ti Lock CRK (wanna play with it first)

Spyderco Ambitious and something from collectorknives.net (nickels, dimes and quarters being saved as we speak!).
