Winter White Russian Dwarf Hamster.
Sadly, they don't live longer than their Chinese cousins.

Quite cute when they're alive though, and it's amazing how entirely different they are personality-wise from one to the next.
Some just don't tame; as one vet described it, in her words, "They bite with the fury of a Great Dane."

Mine tamed rather well, but there were a few times it decided I needed to be bit.
According to my wife, the hamster was probably correct.
