Picked these up at the Ohio Classic over Halloween weekend:
L to R: A Matt Bailey Straight Hunter in 1084 with stabilized maple burl and a lovely hamon; Harvey King Personal, Small Game and #5- all in D2 and with stabilized burl, black liners and micarta pins.
Just ordered this yesterday, and it should be here within the week:
Himalayan Imports JW style Foxy Folly model Khukuri by Sher. 18" OAL, 1/2" spine, 31 oz. Satisaal handle.

A week ago Friday saw my Buck #151 Kaala neck knife in S30V arrive. I wrapped it that night - it wouldn't stay sheathed, so I unwrapped it Saturday. The chain was replaced by some of the wrap paracord - the rest of it trailed behind my cat as he ran down the hall. It's growing on me. The knife, of course! Casper, the aggravating thief of a cat, is my pal.
Last Saturday saw a Buck #112 Ranger and a #850 Bravo arrive. The 112 was in a box marked 112FG, which is what I wanted, ordered, and paid for. The 850 was defective - a first for a new Buck for me! I checked the USPS tracking - they got them back yesterday afternoon. I fell asleep awaiting the Busse 'Hurranza' sale Tuesday evening. Not my best knife-buying week.

I am new to the forum, and happen to be in the market for a new knife, possibly the ZT300. Could you tell me how you like it, and possibly send a couple of measurements, specifically how the thick and wide the handle is? I am just trying to get an idea of how this hefty knife will carry in a pocket? How is the action of the assisted opening? If you could send the info I would appreciate, and enjoy your knife! bscalzo.
