This is the first knife I've bought in, what feels like too many, months.

Buck has taken the pompous ass out of handsome, capable and brilliant folders and is still able to wow the snob in me.

I wouldn't hesitate to give this knife as a graduation/retirement/best man/close friend/son/daughter/father gift. And, I would think myself charmed to receive one as a gift. Actually, it feels like a gift from Buck.

I picked up a Spyderco Tenacious 3-4 weeks ago, and a composite blade Kershaw Junkyard dog II today. The Tenacious went camping with me this past weekend, and proved itself an excellent knife.

The JYD II I picked up as a "congratulations to myself for accepting a job offer" knife, and I really must say, this knife turned out well above all of my expectations. The knife is much larger than I thought, but has a silky smooth action and grippy handle.

I think next I need one of those Vantage Pros, now to think up a good excuse to give myself another knife.....
 
I Just Got a Kershaw Skyline great knive for the money, May get Rat Rc3 or Izula maybe ? Who knows if wife lets me, know what I mean guys.

I just realized that I haven't bought a new knife in nearly two years... I think the last was a Spyderco Centofante 4.

I will be picking up a Paramilitary sometime in the near future but I can't decide on s30v or D2. I want the D2, but I can't stand OD green (not as bad as digital camo, but I still don't like it).

That Buck Vantage would be in my pocket right now if the pocket clip were in a different place. I keep looking at it on the website and drooling over it, but I hate low ride clips and it doesn't look like there's a good place to drill for a different clip. Oh well.
 
Annnd another order (5 days apart, that's unhealthy isn't it?)
