I remember one or more of those (sans Roy) in my grandparents’ desk drawer that we used to play in as kids.

JohnDF In the new Val Kilmer documentary, Val talks about how his dad bought the Roy Rogers ranch when it went up for sale (in the 70s?). It shows some footage of the ranch from the Kilmer boys' home videos where they were re-enacting their favorite movies. Just wanted to pass on that truly trivial trivia to you.

“79” Case small Texas Jack, it has a few age spots and could use some more cleaning and a new edge, but it’s a really nice knife and my first 70s era Case. Won’t be my last.
