I love them all, but out of these three, it's got to be the Camp Knife. They really knocked those out of the park entirely.

I ordered one of the Carbon Small Coke Bottle knives, mostly because the ad showed a carbon shield and stainless steel blades. I'm both happy and sad to report that the blades are 1095 Carbon. I thought it would be so much fun to have a knife with a shield that advertises Carbon and blades actually made of stainless. But I prefer Carbon blades, so I'm happy. Also, the Fit n Finish is excellent... nice Micarta, no gaps (none), centered blades, smooth transitions, sharp blades, and a wonderful action. They did a fantastic job on this knife.

You got lucky! I got the stockman and the gaps on the back of the knife are big enough to run a herd of cattle through. No blade play at least. There is some blade rub but I think thats inherit to the pattern.

Less than thrilled with Case knives QC, it's to the point I can't get them sight unseen. There is an online vendor I trust that will inspect the knives before sending to me. Good on them.

Not really. It's pretty typical that I get decent QC from the Case knives that I order. I've pictured, shown, and given away about 100 of them, all with pretty darn good Fit n Finish. I'd say if anything, you just got unlucky.
