Doesn't look like much, but it is Carbon V. And if the handle is in good condition under the leather, then I think I got a pretty good deal. The sheath is exactly what I've been looking for in one of these as well.

That was my first Benchmade as well, though ended up selling it. Hopefully you will enjoy it more. Loving my second one, 707 much more because of the smaller size. My favorite pair now is 707 for edc and Millie for hard use
