1.Tenacious for the value and quality for £.
2.Dodo for its unique styling stands alone .
3.Matraich and or Civilian again unique and awesome.
4.Military iconic , classic all round blade .
5. My personal favourite from my collection the Butch Vallotton classy , unique for a spyderco beast of a blade and FNF damn near perfect .

Should be top 10 :D.
 
Trying to pick just 5 is very difficult, Spyderco has made so many "classics". Agree with previous post, should be at least top 10. :D

I just wanted to come back here and point out this is pretty much impossible to pick only 5, maybe I was more of a Knife guy and less of a spyderco guy but being the person I am, if someone said pick out 5 spyderco's and those are all you can have I wouldn't be able to.

It's interesting to see other people's 5 and to see the ones that are repeated most.
 
I switched from carrying a Kershaw Leek to a Spyderco Endura about 4 years ago. I've bought and sold some since. My criteria for Spydies is normally - plain edge only (just my preference) and able to carry tip down. That said, I currently own 7 models that fit that bill, and have had others but sold them (regrettably). So my list is longer than you asked for, but I'm not sure I could get rid of any of these!!
