Ok, here's the question:
What is your toughest knife? I'm talking about the blade you would do just about anything to without fear of damaging it? Price should not dictate your choice.
Mine: A WW2 Camillus Mark 2 USN knife. Aside from cutting a brick in half, I cannot think of anything I haven't done with it. It's only 75-80 years old (only...), and still as solid as new! Best part, I picked it up at a Garage Sale about 20 yrs ago from the original owner for.... 5 bucks!

Hmm, I'd have to say my RAT Izula. It's very thick and robust.
Good steel and good coating to protect from rust.

As for folders... My Spyderco Tenacious.

Scrap Yard Knife Co. Scrapper 5. Ive beat that knife like a rented mule and have yet to inflict any real damage to it.

Original Becker Campanion: 1/4" of 1095 with an incredibly tough gray epoxy coating.... you could cut a Buick in half with this thing.

I'm pretty sure that I have many knives that will fit this definition. No way of knowing unless I destroyed them in testing.

All my knives can cut & slice, most will chop and poke. That's all that I really need to do with any knife.

+1 USN Mk 2..given to me >30 yrs ago by a Brit neighbor who sharpened it at his premier research employer in Cols, OH...he didn't want to keep it around as too sharp.

I don't know about too sharp but I butchered deer with it for over 10 years and still super sharp. Wish I had asked him how he sharpened it...I'm still amazed.

schrade 34ot. i cut a F-250 in half and then i...... well..... maybe it was'nt a F-250. but it has managed to cut anything i wanted and strip wire for appx. 8 years.

zt100...although i will say i have yet to put it real abuse yet...i have abused my zt121, but i suspect the 100 might be a little bit more robust...

Victorinox Alox Farmer.

It's my take everywhere do everything knife. Bar None.

Sure some may cost more and have a thicker blade but it takes the cake. A close second would be my RAT Cutlery Izula.

An old throwing knife I made out of a prybar one summer :D

It won't cut hot butter, but it's absolutely immortal :p
