Scrap Yard Scrapper 6, probably. I'd use my BK2 for the same things, though, so I can't decide.

3V Harner. Toughness isn't at max, since the hardness is above 58, but it is thicker stock with a bit of blade flat that my L6 Farmer doesn't have. Used to have a Dumpster Mutt, that would have been the toughest, though the steel sharpened like warm butter
