Your Toughest Knife?

My BK2 is probably my toughest right now.But I have a Busse FFBM coming in the mail, that should be as tough as they come!

What is your toughest knife?

I chopped some firewood with my Becker BK-3 (TacTool) from Camillus by beating it through logs with the back of a hatchet as a hammer. Some of the coating came off and the tip of the seat-belt cutter type hook broke when struck, but it held up better than I thought it would have.

Note: This is the first and only time I've done something like this. Maybe that hockey mask guy is getting to all of us...

Oh, my Strider SMF and CRK Umnumzaan are probably the toughest folders, although pretty much all of those I own handle whatever I need at this point in my surburban life.

My Fehrman 10" Hood Hunter. I've beat it through 8" diameter knotty pieces of Hickory.I would swear I thought on some the blade looked bent out of shape as it went through the knots but it came out the other side perfect.

SY scrapper 5, JK AK, and my JK hiker. The hiker has been beat like a red headed step child and keeps begging for more.

Toughest folder would be a toss up between my BM 760 and my ZT300.

Fixed: Fehrman EJ
Folder: That's a tough one. I've beat my Cara Cara, Boker Kalashnikov 101 and Emerson CQC 15 all equally and they've all held up great! Theoretically I suppose it would be the Emerson.

Either one of these.

bowie i made from a old file, i'd used that for everything and cant dent it...but only blade wise, the antler tine I used must of had a flaw when i got it (from a deer strike) and it let go a few months ago bashing something with the spine of the blade.

Of the ones I own, prolly my Busse FBMLE. Or maybe the ASH-1. Then again, my Key Lardo is only 8" total length, and .32" thick...
My Cold Steel Trailmaster SM3 is also a very very tough knife. Still looking forward to a destruction test of that one, it should do well.

My toughest folder is the ER RAO, no contest.

currently this one

MCKF-4 "Bigo", CALMAX carbon steel, linen micarta handles, 6mm thick

Busse ASH-1, .320 INFI is some tough stuff, also the Fat Game Warden.

Framelocks, I like Lg. Sebenzas.

Linerlocks, the Microtech Lightfoot LCC

You'll love the ZT0500 MUDD! It is my favorite of the ZT folder's, though the ZT0200 is not far behind.

I would like to hear a report after you get the ZT0500.:)
