Your Toughest Knife?

The only knife I'd throw in the ring with Mariusz Pudzianowski is my vintage WW2 USMC bolo by Village Blacksmith. The newer Deregulator gets an honorable mention but only dreams of being as resilient as the Final Judgement.

Randall Fireman Special. I don't worry about it breaking. Next would be an old Cattaraugus 225Q. It's a few years older than I am, tough as nails and razor sharp. A 50's Mora laminated that I rescued. It looks a little rough 'cause of the pits, but it still works as intended. My tough folders are a Strider GB and a Benchmade 755.

I don't really have any quality fixed blades, but my toughest folder has to be my Ontario Rat-1. Sturdy.

Here's a pic of my three toughest blades.

But the BK2 takes the cake.

My tough trio:
Nepalese 14" Khukuri
Busse Cultellus
Busse Game Warden

Khukuri is without doubt toughest. Spine is nearly as thick as is my pinky

Some other though ones are: Usmc kabars, buck 124, sebenza's and the Zt200.

What knife is that? And can you point me to one? Thanks!

Sure looks like the big silverish disk says "Demko Knives" but I could be mistaken.

Maybe a custom American Lawman, or something real similar?

Heck of a pretty knife.

Yup.

I think Ankerson has had 3 maybe 4... threads about it.:p

I have a custom recurve chopper by Tobin Smith that rivals any large knife I've ever seen including Busse and ESEE. This thing is TOUGH.
