Your Traditional Knife Christmas Wish List

A 3inch or smaller single blade wharncliff with stag or really nice jigged bone Teardrop. Puuhleez Mr or Miss Santa.

My list can be endless, I won't be getting any anyway, so ... Perhaps for next yeat, a GEC beagle or a 14 Lick Creek, perhaps a 15 if there'll be any good ones. We'll see.

Yeah, a birch handled puukko would be nice. Or a long tommi. Or a leukku.

Or a bundle of knives sent off to a pro sharpening service.

List?
how long can the list get before it becomes a saga?
Mine would be longer than Dune,Lord Of The Rings and War and Peace combined.

Oh! A custom belduque based on the Joe Plaice design from the US Southwest.

Yeah, that'd do it for me.

I'm genuinely not after anything this year, very happy with what I've got, and the knives which have come my way in 2016 :)

My answer resembles to Meako's, but since long ago I want a Mini Canadian BRK, maybe this year, unless it's Charlie's next SFO...

More or less in agreement with Jack, especially now that a VERY decent Lambsfoot arrived this afternoon....:thumbup:

However, if Father Christmas were to offer me a new GEC Crownlifter from the current release in Yellow Bone in exchange / trade for one in my collection...I'd say yes! :D:cool:

Looking forward to seeing that one Will :)

Hoping for a Northwoods Indian River Jack, long pull, preferably blue camel bone but I don't see one of those coming my way just yet.

I've asked for the Case mini trapper with caplifter in amber bone and a peanut in the new jigged walnut bone.

Pretty content with what i have right now. So I've hinted for a bunch of tools to aid knife modding, with a bench top band saw leading the list ;)
In 2017 I am most excited for the GEC #13's.

Those do look like they're going to be good. The Speaker Jack in particular appeals to me.

I don't have much on my Christmas list this year. I got a lot of new knives throughout the year, and with this being our daughter's first Christmas (and a lot of family coming out to stay with us), my wife and I have been more focused on that than spending money on each other. Depending on when Charlie's upcoming TC is released/shipped, that might be my Christmas gift to myself. :D

Ok, not that ill get anything, but ill play.

A 4-4 1/2" overall mini fixed blade in carbon or tool steel. With a clip or drop point blade.(i can dream even if i dont think such a knife exists)

and a 3" or less closed single blade slipjoint in carbon or tool steel with a clip point blade. (just not a toothpick! I dunno why, but i just hate the blade shape and handle)

I'd love to find a Gepetto whittler with the wharncliffe main blade but they're getting scarce and I can't swing the cost.
I still keep it on the list though since you never know.
