Your "unicorn"/ the one that exist just not for you knife

Unicorn: definition - perfect knife for me, that DOESN"T exist!
I have one chinese clone/replica that came as close as horse is to unicorn, but no cigar!
I don't know why some manufacturer can't make a production version of perfect knife that I need?

My SD/Tactical/EDC Unicorn Knife:
1. Axis/Arc lock
2. 4" blade
3. Thin Spear/Drop point for easy penetration
4. Light to medium recurve for deep cutting/slashing
5. Partially serrated for ripping
6. Ergonomic handle
7. Flipper small finger guard
8. Light index finger choil on handle ONLY
9. 4" handle to match blade size 50/50
10. Reversible 4 way black matte pocket clip without any markings or stupid sculls
11. Sterile no marking or discrete marking on blade
12. Light weigh no more than 4 oz for easy carry and rapid grip changes
13. Any blade steel will do VG10, 440C, D2, CM154 doesn't really matter but prefer stainless steel
14. Handle nice wood or dragon scale prefered but will settle for g10
15. NO unnecessary bells and whistles ex: belt cutters, glass breakers, etc.

Now why can't Benchmade or SOG or anybody make this knife???????
To put all of the above into one perfect knife doesn't seem impossible to me!

Probably a folder from Chris Reeve. I could buy one any day, but just can't make myself pull the trigger.

My unicorn knife would be the Buck Vantage Pro with wood scales. I might get the basic model in 420hc but really want better steel and the S30V would be perfect. However I have a history of losing nicer pocket knives, but never loose the cheap ones...
