My Moras.

I have a clipper, and one with a bit thicker rubber handle. The thicker ones is my favorite then the clipper.

I don't have many FBs, so they easily take the cake.

My RC-3mil is quite nice, nicer than the Moras easily, but I like the blade shape and grind on those Scandis. Alot.

Then I have a couple Spydie Mules. Blades are great but I never put scales on, so not great users.

Not in any order:

1) Phil Wilson custom in S110V at rc 63.5
2) Spyderco Bushcrafter O-1
3) Svord Von Tempsky Bowie 15N20 / L6
4) Koster 5" 3V
5) BRK Northstar 3V

Guys, guys, we need pics. Words are BORING!!:p

From the top we have a vintage CASE old school hunting knife, Mora in carbon steel, Bechmade Rant in 440C, Blind Horse Knives Bushcrafter and an ESEE4. Have a couple of new Breedens but haven't baptized them yet.

The photo below shows most of my fixed blades. I only pick absolute favorites in terms of my wife and my daughter. Beyond that I can have more than one of other things that I like, and at least 1/3 of the knives in this photo I think are something special.

I have a good number of folders that I like and it is hard for me to pick a favorite. I have narrow limits of what folder characteristics I like. With fixed blades I find a lot more that I like because I don't put as many limitations on them. I can find fixed blades that I like that are good for lots of different tasks, different sizes, different materials, etc. I find lots of other fixed blade knives that I like and would like to add to my collection, but for now I'm spending my limited funds mostly on EDC folders.

Never been that much of a fixed blade guy, but it never hurts to have a few laying around!

Guess my 5 favorites would include 3 I have, 1 on order, and another on the list to get.

1- Boker Plus Valkyrie- love the whole design, and it fits like a glove.
2- Browning Competition- a chopping monster
3- Ontario Ranger RD-4- a small, razor sharp, pry-bar

4- Zombie-Tools Zakasushi- on order and will have it in ~10 weeks, just hoping the Zombie Apocolypse holds off until the Fall!
5- Becker Tools- BK5 Magnum Camp, just love the design and looks very useful

My all time favorite fixed blade is a Schrade sharp finger. I carry it very day. I also really like my Schrade 165. Those will cover everything that I need from a knife. I do have many more that I use occasionally but those are my true favorites.

Winkler Knives II Utility
BG-42 Buck Vanguard
O'Katz Handmade SOD
18th Century Himalayan Imports Khukuri
Sam Lurquirn Hurak Fighter

My top 5 of what I currently own.

Himalayan Imports WWII
Himalayan Imports Chiruwa Ang Khola
Martindale Bolo machete (my go-to zombie killer lol)
Ontario 18" GI machete

I have a Busse Team Gemini Light Brigade on order and I expect it to become a favorite as well.
