Yvsa has successful cataract surgery. Good news.

About noon today, Yvsa underwent a successful surgery to remove a cataract. He has had both eyes done now. Every thing went fine, there were no bureaucratic issues about permissions, anesthesia, etc.

He's home, with some scratchiness in the eye, but able to sort of read the monitor with that eye now. Things will improve rapidly.

I said a prayer that the anesthesia nurse didn't attempt to block the surgery again, Yvsa might have...er...nevermind.
