I do want to say that my reasons were not excuses, but are true, but those don't excuse my being late.
Sorry, this is my fault, I am about to have surgery to have a bone tumor removed (on Dec 19th), they don't think it is malignant so not like I am gonna die or anything, but it has grown into my quad (growing from right femur), so they are gonna have to tear apart the muscle to get it all out, meaning I won't be able to walk for 2 months and will be worthless to keep all of my income sources going (single income family). So in the meantime, I am scrambling to get business affairs in order, and also had a bump in the road with my darn Cannon safe electronic lock breaking which is apparently common, if only I had done more research before buying the POS. I have a huge pile of packages (incoming and outgoing, from multiple businesses I run from home in addition to xmas presents galore), and basically I am behind A LOT. That is one of the reasons I am rarely posting on this forum anymore like I used to, not Facebooking to keep up with friends, or any of that stuff, although I am going a little nuts with mostly work and no play... and hence still up right now, about 4AM my time, this tumor has been keeping me up with pain for about 6 months now, the bright side on that is I have quiet time when the fam is asleep to get stuff done!
That said, this is totally my fault, I should have taken care of this a while ago obviously, and I will find dasknife's package tonight before bed and print out a shipping label to drop send it out tomorrow. That said, I have been keeping in contact (albeit irregularly) and the last email from dasknife Nov 13th is as follows:
"Thats good that you got it, i was not worried. I liked the knife great handle and shape. Glad you like it. That's a good thing you're busy. Ship it out whenever you get the chance."
Based on that I didn't put it on the top of my list, it is sitting with about 40 other packages (and growing) getting ready to go out as I get my affairs in order regarding cash to pay medical bills that are already piled up and I haven't even had the surgery yet :/. Regardless, I shouldn't have taken this long and I apologize. As a token of apology, I will throw in another knife for you dasknife, and not a POS either, but a decent value knife. Just give me the word on what maker(Kershaw, Spyderco, Sog, etc.) / style you want and I will see if I have it. I emailed you my phone number so that I can tell you what I have (you have about 400 to choose from) and I will include it to try and make up for being slow

As a reference, I normally do not behave this way, but I am new to getting old and having my body start falling apart :/. I will adjust, you shouldn't have had to suffer because of it.
