Over in the forum at Spyderco.com, Sal posted on 4/15/06 that the Waved knives were in and about to be shipped and that the ZDP Delicas were due in at any time.:thumbup: I have two on order.

How about an updated picture of one? As far as I know, they only released on in the old Delica 3 format. Is it going to have the gold bug like the Caly ZPD?

I can't wait to try one out too.

I'm looking forward to putting a solid piece of ZDP-189 to use over the summer. It's small enough that I'll carry it at work and everywhere else. Not to mention it'll be the first Delica 4 design that I've checked out in person. Should be an interesting EDC... for awhile. At least until the next must have Spyderco is released.

The ZDP-189 Delica will definitely have a permanent place in the collection as a hard used tool.

It'll look just like the regular Delica 4, but with a blue handle instead of black.

Yeah I noticed that. Also a burgundy Goddard. Looks some lucky guy got a hold of some early and is looking to turn a quick buck off of them. I wish I knew where he got them from.
