Zero Tolerance 0801S110V Limited Run

That sounds pretty sweet! Ive got a few s110v Kershaws/ZTs and this just might have to join the herd!

Oh yeah...This is happening...I've long wanted a 801, I gotta save up starting now and I gotta start selling stuff haha.

Mine should be here tomorrow from Dave (Kershaw Guy) I like the scales better than the standard one and the S110V is a nice upgrade.

Same here, I'm not much of a fan of fancy machining on Ti handles. I like the clean simple look.
Can't wait to get mine!

Yea there wont be time to save up for this one. The two dealers I know of that had them looks like they're out.

Knives Ship Free has 30 in stock at near MSRP: http://www.knivesshipfree.com/zero-...s110v-super-steel-limited-edition-zt-flipper/

Wow $60 more than the ones yesterday, looks like inflation is kicking in.

..

Considering that full retail is $350 and minimum pricing for ZT is 15% off that, that would put the minimum sales price at $297.50. Unless those other dealers who are already sold out priced and sold their stock for under MAP, KSF is only $42.45 more than the minimum sales price they can sell for.

I didn't think they could sell under MAP anymore, but they were going for 280 yesterday.

..

Which means either:

1) Full retail is not $350 but $330
2) Other dealers sold knives under MAP

or.. the correct answer:

3) MAP is not 15% off retail, but 20%

No matter what, this is a limited production and it'll sell out regardless of whether the price is full retail, MAP or somewhere in between

edit: adjusted for accurate information

MAP is 20% off. That's why 350 became 280.

MAP on that knife is 20% off full retail.

We landed closer to full retail than MAP because there are very few available.

Everything in ZT on our site sells for MAP except these kinds of super limited things. Many times these super small runs actually sell for more than full retail.

We do the same on our Benchmade Gold class as well.

Originally we sold all of those things at MAP, but we got tired of people buying all of them and then seeing them on EBAY for a lot more. After talking with ZT and Benchmade they suggested we raise the prices on the limited runs like this.

As far as I know, other than KSF, we've so far seen the ZT 0801S110V sell for MAP of $280 (20% off MSRP of $350) at KershawGuy and GP Knives. I'm hoping that BladeHQ, KnifeCenter and KnifeWorks will all carry them at MAP.

I like the scales on this version more than the original.

Couple of the other upcoming ZTs look appealing too.

Like I said in the other thread about this knife, the handle is too plain for me.
