Zero Tolerance Current/Upcoming/Discontinued Models

Dang. I think I'm going to wait on the 460 until there is a sprint, I was hoping it would come quickly
 
ZT 0450G10 Sprint Run is available at some dealers now for $144 shipped. S35VN steel blade, G-10 on the presentaion side, titanium frame lock (with steel lock bar insert), bearings flipper and standoff spacers.

I also fail to see why this zt 0450 g10 is a sprint run other than KAI made it a sprint run.

Agreed it should be a production, but at only $16 less than the full Ti version with red standoffs for black G10 and black standoffs?! Drop the price to $120-130 and it may be a little more enticing. Just my $0.02.

The price is good for a U.S.-made folder with great CS. Consider the Benchmade 940-2 with S30V & G-10 goes for $170 and the ZT 0450G10 with S35VN & G-10 is $144.

I'm not saying $144 isnt a good price for the knife, rather $160 for the full Ti version is a far better value for only $16 more. Not enough offset in price for to justify it, sprint run or not...at least for me.

I agree that a Sprint Run should be something special like a better handle or steel. Last year ZT had the 0450CFZDP but I thought at $240 it was overpriced.

I understand.

ZT 0450G10 is a Sprint Run in name. To be truly a Sprint Run one expects better handle or steel. Regardless, some people prefer G-10 on the presentation side.

The street price of $144 on the 0450G10 is pretty good compared to other U.S.-made models by Spyderco and Benchmade. ParaMilitary2 with S30V & Black G-10 is $126 and BM 940-2 is $170.
