It is a bit heavy, that's for sure. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for using it as more of a beater/house project workhorse type knife. Since it was over a hundred bucks less than the 0562TI and I have a soft spot for the ergos on this one (Good job, Anso), I figured I'd roll the dice.
 
And now the 0220 is back up on BladeHQ at the ole MAP price, and apparently NOT discontinued...for now. It's definitely coming, though. The reps from ZT I talked to at Blade Show West said as much.
 
Knifecenter sent me an email a week ago or so saying they were discontinued, $179.99. Back at MAP today.

It's a great knife, highly underrated.

Had one. Sold it. Loved alot about this knife but the orange spacer, blue logo, and weight. If they had milled handles to shave an ounce of weight and blackened the above mentioned items I would have 2.

The backspacer at least has been changed to black for a while. I definitely wouldn't have ordered it with the orange, either.
 
Per our conversation with ZT today the 220 is no longer under map and an official discontinue notice will be going out very soon! Hate to see this one discontinued as I think it is the most overbuilt ZT being offered.

Do you have any in stock with the black backspacer?
 
got a 220 with a custom blue backspacer for 150 last year ; great knife kind of a sleeper of the zt's..
 
The 0220 is not my "cup of tea" but the lowest I've seen it offered by any online dealer currently is $174 (including free shipping) by forum sponsor US Made Blade.

I don't like the orange back spacer either. Not partial to the color except on oranges and/or tangerines.

I also am not generally partial to all metal bodied knives and am planning to sell the only 2 all metal bodied ZTs that I currently own -- the 0456 and 0900. Nice knives in their own way but not for me either.

3.5" blade length but 6.3 oz weight seems too heavy for me. The overall profile looks interesting though.
 
I really dig the 2018 breed of ZT
I am fully satisfied with my 0393 and the 0640 as impressed me so much that I am dreaming of a A100 by ZT with the same kind of detent on washers
 
The new ZT 0022 just came across my twitter feed. 1.8 in blade with 3 in handle frame lock. I love my 0900 but this thing is minuscule. What say you?

The 0022 Looks like a sweet little 2 finger blade to me. Kinda like a pissed off hornet!

Contrary to popular belief, I'll bet it sells like hot cakes!

Not my style but you may be right. It will be interesting to see how many pics are posted here and how long it remains in production.
