I don't know why ZT doesn't offer a full Ti version of most of their -cf knives.

I know I prefer full Titanium. It just has a feel, heft, balance that the 1/2 CF 1/2 Ti knives can't touch.
 
Picked up the Spirit Run ZT 0462. Came in today.

The more I think about it I think the 0562ti is overpriced for what it is. ZT knows we have been asking for it for some time and will pay (I will) even though it should be priced about the same price as the 0562cf or even a little less. It sports the same blade as the 0562cf so they can’t claim it’s because of a better blade steel. If they say it’s all titanium and one side had been internally milled I’d counter that the 0452ti was milled and actually $8 cheaper than the 0452cf. It also had machined groves on the scales which the 0562ti doesn’t.....just an observation of mine.

That being said I’m buying one still.

You answered yourself. ZT is here to make money, not that a knife costing less to manufacture will certainly be priced less than another costing more. I agree with you that ZT 0562ti should be priced the same as ZT 0562cf but I will not pay $280 for it.

Agree completely. I’m a ZT fan and find myself defending them here from time to time. All things being equal, I’d have bought the 0562ti. They aren’t, and I won’t. I’ll stick with my cf version.
 
Received my 0055BRZ today and could not be happier. Fit, finish and function are perfect. Thanks ZT and Kershawguy. Was slightly apprehensive about this particular blade shape but now that I have the knife in hand I'm liking it. Going into the EDC rotation starting tomorrow.
 
I know some are probably sick of the 0452 at this point but I wish another full Titanium sprint (or, a regular model like the 562) but with a premium bladesteel this time.

With the more recent offerings all having 20CV standard it kind of sucks when a sprint comes out that is still S35VN. As much as I like the 0609 that's what kept me away from those sprint runs; they actually went down a grade to S35VN.

Strange indeed. I snagged one from them at $169. Impulse buy, apparently timed just right.

I always have felt the 0220 didn’t get as much love as it deserved.

Ha! Nice score. Good for you!
I’ve always liked the clean lines of the 0220. It’s a bit heavy for my tastes, howver.
