Zero Tolerance. The Good!

Would ZT be able to repair some minor chips in my 0550 blade or would they be more likely to replace it?

Don't know. They are great at sharpening over there but i guess if there chips are too deep they would probably replace it. Never hurts to send it in and they would give it a little tlc.

Thanks for the picture!

The knife looks great with the Krinite - thanks for posting it up.

Here is the only "strike" against them. Bad stitching on a Kershaw Knife Bag, the stitching failed. Contacted customer service and they replied very fast. They requested pictures, so I snapped a few and without a receipt, I'm out of luck. I got this one as a gift:

No big deal, I guess I just need to buy a couple more Spyderpaks

That sucks. You always seemed like a fat sewing lady to me so I'm sure you could mend it yourself. :D :thumbup:

"obligatory I'm just kidding please don't ban me"

Wow, that is awesome. There has been a lot of positive posts on her about ZT customer service, but I wouldn't be surprised if some companies refused to work on a knife since it had been modified. And refinishing your CUSTOM scale, someone really went the extra mile.

In short, Zero Tolerance operates as a model other companies should follow. They believe in good products and excellent customer service. It would be be great if every company followed that blueprint.
