A couple of weeks ago, Zoe put up a couple of folders up for sale in the makers area. He called them feather folders based on the damascus pattern, well I missed out on them so I got a hold of him to make one for dad's 78th birthday and put the design in his hands. Well this is what he sent me last week. This guy is a true artist and great knife maker. The blade has a solid lock up and the damascus pattern on it well you decide. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for something like this. Ps: he sent me progress pictures at the end of the project and never was I left out of the loop on what was happening. Zoe's the man, some of the best looking knives on the forum and pretty reasonable in terms of price. I ended up with one of his feather folders too off the secondary market and this knife really is a wonderful little piece. I'd love to get one made from Timascus scales one day when I'm rich and famous
