Zombie Defense

From what I've read, a Zombie will continue to eat, while not digesting, until it is destroyed. The consumed matter will either burst the digestive tract, or be forced out of the body from parts unmentioned.
The Zombie Survival Guide, if you don't own that book already, it's worth the pickup.

My point exactly:) My wife picked this gem up for me for Christmas. It's a pretty interesting read, but some of the stuff in there is a little strung together. Voodoo is right, however. The only functions that the zombies keep are brain and some lung functions. Zombies don't breath, but the moaning is sort of a rallying cry...although zombies appear to be indifferent to one another lacking the cognitive functions of such abstract thought as "we" or even basic collectiveness. The guide puts their reasoning, or lack there of, skills and IQ in the range of an insect's. However, insects seem to be hardwired and instinct driven with millions of years "knowing" what works. Zombies do not appear to have such DNA memory.
Also, munk should be the only one to eat the zombie meat as he is the ONLY documented case of a living breathing human returning from zombification. The virus that causes the zombie plague is highly toxic. Animals won't eat it. Most bacteria won't even eat it! This is why a zombie can linger for 5 or 10 years before it completely falls apart. Remember, zombies do not repair themselves. A zombie is never as strong as it is right after coming to "life".
When destroying a zombie make sure to mind the cranial spatter. The virus is concentrated in the head as all blood flow stops upon first death, but the brain matter is tieming with the stuff.
It seems the fed zombie site differs quite a bit with the guide:confused: I guess truth is truth. The why's, how's, and what's don't matter. Just get them in the head.

45-70..."other vermin like that"...does that include irritating ex-spouses?

I'd suggest consulting an attorney first. However, after you've survived your third zombie wave attack, I believe you get a "pass".

If in the heat of battle, and after the third wave, there are a few familiar faces in the corpse pile, well, they were zombified and what's a feller to do?
