looking for: zt 801
zt 0600 (Since the value is higher than any of my knives, I would consider trading multiples.
Spyderco Southard Flipper
I have for trade a 0100, a 0700, and a 0561.
1. Zt 0100
This is a factory second and has no warranty. The only flaw that might even suggest why this was a second was a small hairline scratch in the dlc. The knife has been very lightly used, and it has since acquired a tiny nick in the dlc. Both imperfections are on the side of the blade in the picture Has been lightly touched up on a sharpmaker. There is some wear on the snap on the sheath retention strap. The kydex insert fits fairly well, but the knife will come loose if shaken vigorously without the retention strap.
2. Zt 0700
This is a factory second with no warranty. There is slight movement before the detent engages, but the knife flips just fine. The blade centering is slightly to the left, but there is no blade on handle contact. Grind is straight, but the angle is not identical on both sides of the blade. Not sure if the screws are the original since they looked identical to the ones from the 0561, and they might have gotten mixed up while changing the pocket clip. Has been sharpened on a sharpmaker. Detent is fairly strong, and the knife cannot be shaken open.
3. Zt 0561
Slight flaw in the grind near the handle. I have the pivot screw relatively loose, so their is slight wiggle when the blade is only partially open. This could be eliminated by tightening the pivot. There is no movement when the blade is fully deployed. The pocket clip was from another 0561, but there should be no difference. Not sure if the screws are the original since they looked identical to the ones from the 0700, and they might have gotten mixed up while changing the pocket clip. The lockbar does have a tendency to stick, but applying some graphite to the lockbar seems to solve the problem at the moment. but Lightly touched up on a sharpmaker. The detent is strong, and the knife cannot be shaken open.
Thanks for your consideration.
