I bent out the clip a tad on my 0200 and it helped tremendously. It still is held in place very well, and isn't near as hard to pull out of my pocket.

Yup, I did that and it works.

I made my 0200 clip into a foldover clip that lets the entire knife ride inside my pocket. Also adjusted the tension a little so that the G-10 doesn't drag now. Here's a couple of crappy Blackberry pics;

Every pair of jeans I own has a destroyed right front pocket. I've just come to accept it. When they get too bad I either get the wifey to work her sewing majic or I buy some new jeans.

They are a little pricey but I have used the iron on fabric patches in a pinch for work pants. I can't afford to wear the Riggs at work but they are great for weekends and vacations.
