zt 0350 or lg sebenza

I have owned both, I sold the ZT and now own about 5 Sebenzas, I guess my opinion is clear
 
Save for the sebenza, but if you have cash to throw might as well get the 350,
 
First get the sebenza so you have a knife that you can edc and use for a lifetime then pass on to your kids. Then get the 0350 next so you have a knife you can beat on and slay zombies with. Win win.
 
Save for the Sebenza, it is well worth the wait. Now that I have one I look back at all the $100 knives I have/had, it makes me think that I could have had a Sebenza along time ago.

I've bought enough $100 - $150 folders to finance dozens of Sebenzas. I've owned 4 but 2 are going to be stayng home with me. It's my 2nd favorite folder. :)
 
Is the Sebe worth 4x the ZT350? Is it 4 times as good? Probably not, but it is consistently the highest quality production knife on the planet. You have decide the value of that for yourself.
 
Both. They're entirely different. Get the 0350 now though to help the itch. They're getting harder to find, too!

Probably not ? definitely not
Other then obviously very tight tolerances and the top notch fit & finish , the Sebenza is nothing to write home about in terms of performance
Anything the Sebenza can do , the 350 can do just as good , if not better


You can get the 350 for less then 100$ , which is incredible value
 
The sebenza is a beautiful knife and the fit&finish are second to none..Will it do 4x the work of a Zt,,No, it will not..It comes down to your personal taste here...Monetary worth is in the eye of the behlder here..
 
Don't own a Sebenza, probably will never own a Sebenza. But I do have the 350 and I think it's a superb knife. I really can't see how you can ask for better "fit and finish"
 
I've only bought the ZT0301 and 0551. They aren't like a lg Sebenza (have a couple) different knives altogether. It's realy not a fair comparison.

The ZT's are bad*ss blade but not as classy as a Sebenza which used properly (not a heavy use knife) will deliver many many years of service.

It's like comparing a CS $18 kukri machete to an Esse lite machete or a Junglas. They both cut stuff.

Have you ever owned one? If not then carry one for a week and let me know how you feel.

Go for the Sebenza. Carry it and use it. I you don't like it, get rid of it. They hold their value well
 
You can't beat a sebenza, it is timeless. The quality and customer service is second to none. Heather alone is worth spending the dough on a sebenza.

I respectfully beg to differ, my 0350 slices almost as well as my hatchet does, i have not handled a sebenza but i would be amazed if it sliced poorer than the 0350. I like the 350 plenty, but i find myself always edcing a seperate knife to do my slicing. If i were in youre shoes id save up for an.....Umnumzaan, which i happen to favor over the sebbie. Either way go with the CRK.

What are you slicing with your Zt that it handles poorly?
