Zt 0350

This is going to be a great knife. I can see a whole bunch of these being sold. :thumbup: I'd like to see one with some thin gray/black micarta scales. :cool:

I have to say that I really really miss the 3-D tooling on the G-10. I love how my 301's palm swells fit my hand... so for that, I am disappointed. However, I am still putting this in the 'buy' column. One nice thing will be that since there is no machining it will sit slimmer in your pocket kinda like an Emerson. But I am not saying that if perhaps a run were to be done with 3-D machined handles I would not run out and buy one with a giant smile on my face (Thomas ;);) ).
 
dear god those liners are thick! really excellant!

I already see one MANDATORY modification: the liner lock needs notches where you push with your thumb.... easy mod tho...

This is my #1 MUST BUY for 09
 
Here's my take on it:

I like the flat G-10, and so will my pocket. I always passed on the 0300 because of its size.

The MSRP is amazing.

The liner lock will be just fine as its the same as the JYDII - beefcakes.

All and all - BIG winner.

I'd like to see it done in 154CM or solid CPM D2, but thats just me being picky.
 
Looks like ZT will finally be taking some of my money. That thing is sweet. I think it will make a great work knife. I think it is the perfect size. Glad it is an AO also. I guess what I am trying to say is the thing is perfect.
 
Why on earth would you want 154CM over S30V? I am loving the steel choice, just not the flat G-10. Guess we can't all win.... or can we! Now that is a knife that I would LOVE to see!!!

this is the knife that will probably make me buy the 0300.
 
That thing has serious thick liners. I love it. Right size too for me. This may have to be my first ZT knife.

Ive had some micro-fracturing issues when finalizing the edge on S30V blades lately.
 
I saw it at Shot show and the AO is very strong on it, it opens with authority. The size is nice and the g-10 liner lock makes it slim, so it is easier in the pocket. It is a really great knife.
