ZT 0350OR - I can't wait!!

epic fail on the pics, sorry guys! rainy day + cell phone = terrible quality. here's one to hold you over until the sun comes out though.

also, the first thing I noticed when I noticed when I took this thing out of the box is that the G10 is significantly thicker than on any of my other 0350s. here it is compared to the stock scale from my TS:

So glad ZT finally got some orange into the lineup. I hope they continue this trend on other models! :D

Worst pictures ever! And you call yourself a not professional! lol You should weigh a normal 0350 and the orange and see if there is any difference

Hey, I am usually pretty happy with my pics considering they all come from a cell phone. :o

Too bad I don't have any other 0350's wearing their stock scales or I would weigh them to find out the difference. It is definitely noticeable, I knew something was different within the first 10 seconds of holding it.
 
Mine just arrived today too. Thought there was something different about it but couldn't place my hands on it until you mentioned the G10 thickness. Now I gotta go dig it out of the box again and look. :D

ohhhh man thats absolutely beautiful, i hope they make one like that in toxic green..... o if that were to happen(btw, i have a thing for green like you do for orange)
 
50 shades of Orange lol.. I might buy one in the future.....would love it if it was the Blue like the Forums skyline though.

There is a substantial weight difference. Not only are the scales a different thickness, the liners have been redesigned. I compared it to a Tiger Stripe 0350 that I have.

Orange 0350 6.55 oz. 185 grams

Tiger Stripe 0350 5.7oz. 160 grams

Thanks for the info..wow almost an ounce difference.. Wish someone from Kershaw could chime in to explain why its thicker..
 
I think there are 10 Daves scattered around the country so everyone gets 1-2 day shipping. HA!
