Yes at some dealers. I think KershawGuy has already sold out of his allocation which he'll ship to customers around Wednesday of this coming week. Hopefully, more dealers will start listing them soon.
 
That looks really awesome! A couple of sites did mention it was a "Limited Edition" (according to Google Translate). It looks like it's orderable from some of the Russian dealers already.
 
The 204P version looks great. I like how they did these for the designer's home turf. Nice little nod to Sinkevich.

Why are they so expensive over there? That 0392 costs 50% more than they went for here.

I sent out some emails with the help of a Russian friend to find out if international shipping is an option.
 
The prices even in Rubles are pretty steep considering a year ago you only needed 35 Rubles for $1 and now it's 60 Rubles!
 
Strange that they would label this as an 0454, when its clearly a variant of the 0452.

Except this is already out so my guess would be this was in the pipeline before the 0452. Also, if this is anything like to 0777BW, this was a very small limited edition which is more in line with the 0454 than the completely production 0452.

KAI does not make production variants of limited editions under the same model number hence 452.

The economy is pretty bad in Russia. 1 rble = .017 dollars Gotta make their money some how

If I got one I would have to send it to my extended family in Russia and have them ship it to me. I've already talked myself out of one haha. I don't like the clip and can't imagine it would replace my 0392.

if you "live" in russia, you have to pay to everybody, so the price is neither what you set like you would like to. minimal wages was about 6000 rubles officially last time i checked.)))) far from ontario rat model 1 (2000 rub) to be affordable to anyone))))

How does that jive with the 0801, your majesty? ;)

This 0454204P is sweet, but the price is crazy steep, you could get a regular 0454 for only a little more.

Same way it jives with the 0560cbcf. The production version came first. Limited variants of production models don't get a new model number.

Two very different things.
