ZT 0551 Serial 0126 - Gone Missing!

I believe it could be RMI laser engraved since thats how they put there info and logo on the knife

Any suggestions where to have the engraving done? We live in a small town, and I only know of local jewelers which use mechanical engravers.

What an amazing act. I have numerous Kershaw's and a ZT 0300, and ZT 0350 in ZDP-189. Thomas I will definitely be purchasing more. Thanks!

Just returned from my son's graduation from TBS, Quantico. I surprised him with the new knife by asking him if I could look at the knife he was was carrying and switched them under the table and handed the NEW ZT 551 back to him...it took him a second to realize that I had switched knifes. He was SO SURPRISED...nearly to tears....but Marines must "maintain their bearing", so it didn't go that far. He is so grateful and honored to have been given the knife. THANK YOU All for the support, and of course and especially to Thomas W/ZT.
(Thing got kinda crazy with gratuation and schedule, so I forgot to snap a photo with the knife, but here is one with my sons.)

This forum blows me away every day with this kind of story. I guess I might have to put one of those new ZT models on the list. Kershaw designs have never been my favorite, but the quality can't be denied, and the customer service is just great (clearly).

DoctaD, please relay my thanks to your sons for their service. We are a new military family also, and have been struck by how tight the community is. I think our country is well served by its' sons and daughters.
