both are great knives but revdevil is correct got the 0566 this past Christmas and it was a great choice, chose the cf version!
 
I carried a 561 for a while with no problem. But I rather like having a bigger knife on me, and usually wear jeans daily to work. The only thing I discovered was the g10 scale around the jimping was a bit sharp, and liked to cut up my pockets a little. Also, mine had a ridiculously light detent and liked to open in pocket if bumped. That would create holes in pockets also, just very clean cuts rather than slow shreds like the g10. If I take a bit of sharp edge off the g10, I just may be tempted to carry it again. Although now I have a dozen other ZT's to choose from, so daily carry choice becomes a bit more difficult.

I've smoothed the edges on a couple of my knives with G10 scales, so I'll tell you if you didn't already know, 2000 grit sandpaper does the trick easily and leaves the scales not just feeling nice but looking nice too.
 
Too small. I need at least 5" to feel good.

Get one. I'm a pretty big guy but I don't think I would have an issue carrying it if I was smaller. If you want to save money on a 560, check out the exchange here on BF. Got mine NIB for $150 on there.

I would guess it depends on how large a knife you want...with gloves on. The 566 is about 4.4" closed length, while the 560 is 5.0". This might be very important in your choice...among other specs.
 
I guess if youre in the "I only carry knives under 1.2 ounces" crowd, then yes its too big. If not, then it is the perfect size.
