ZT 0560 to big ????

It isn't too big to carry, but it can dominate that pocket you have it clipped into as far as making it harder to get keys out etc... I carry my 0566 more.
 
I've been carrying a Large Espada (the shiny aluminium handle one) regularly for the past few months. It does occupy more space in your pocket but as long as you're in denim it's not really any different.
Sweatpants, dress pants, skinny jeans or anything without a belt would probably be different.
But most of those things would be really, different, for me to be wearing in public.
 
Likewise, I have been carrying a Rajah 2 in each pocket. No complaints.

Weight and size are no problem for me while wearing jeans.
The handle is relatively thin so this helps make the knife easy to carry.

Different for me, a lot of the time I'll be wearing gym shorts in the warmer weather. I usually use a backpack as my fag bag to keep my goodies in. My preferences sometimes reflect environment, sometimes I'd rather have really good retention than a fast grab.
