Anyone else excited about the ZT 0562ti? Maybe I'm just weird, but I'm can't wait to get mine!

Nope. Got a cf and prefer cf better. Glad they made it in ti for the people that prefer ti. Though funny they didn't release new knives but re designs of old knives.

I have the 0562cf also, just wanted a bronze anodized titanium version. Great EDC, IMHO.

Bought one from Midnight Sun Industries when they first came out. I’ve had one for a while, so, no I’m not that excited.

A nested full CF bodied liner lock would be sweet.
Like the 0770CF?

I'd still prefer to see them offer an axis lock or something less prone to lock issues. Just seems like they found their niche and are sticking to it, but I'd love to see some real innovation from them. Not just material rehashes of the same knives.

Kinda like that one, I more meant like a faux integral, two halves that go together without spacers, and just a metal liner as a lock on one side. The only metal on it essentially the lock, threads/screws, washers+bearings (And the blade of course).

That would be nice.

The factory ZT 0562ti will need blue or bronze anodized hardware or otherwise the entire knife will look bland (not that the quality will be subpar). So plan for spending additional $100 on the hardware upgrade. Thats what I will do anyway.

Used to want one before it was announced, but I just bought a 0620CF instead. I've got an Olamic for my Ti bearing flipper.

Can't wait to see some of them anodized. whitty whitty has done an outstanding job on the various knives that he offers with amazing anodization. Now that, I'd get excited over. Here's a pick of mine.

We plan to have a lot of fun anodizing these once we can get enough in stock. The first round has been flying out the door pretty darn fast so we will not start anodizing until we get our second round of them at the earliest. We have anodized a few for our good customers and the canvas on these is just incredible to do so many things with. It is an anodizers dream knife in a lot of ways.

I for one was very stoked about getting these in full ti. I was also happy this was a full production run and not a short lived sprint run. I want these to be around for a long time! While some people are not a full ti fan and would rather have Carbon Fiber, I personally prefer full ti. Nothing against Carbon Fiber, we just all have our preferences. The first one I pulled out of the box went in my pocket and I can say that it does not disappoint!

Still waiting on zt to put its subframelock to good use and build an integral cf folder with a subframelock. I’m really not a fan of the stainless steel unskeletonized plate liners ZT has been using.

Hopefully they’ll get some inspiration one day.

A large sebenza or inkosi is about as large as I want to go for a full ti knife. Otherwise its just too heavy. I found the ZT392 too heavy and dense feeling.

That would be great. One of the weird things to me about constructing integrals is springing the lockbar without being able to bend the lockbar past the opposing scale (I understand some makers use heat for this, which to me seems undesirable for heat treated 6Al-4V). An integral CF frame with a sub-frame lock would let you bend the lockbar easily, then install it in the handle, leaving you with an incredible handle and a well-executed lock. Win-win, as far as I can tell.

Waiting on a USAMadeBlade mod.

They do nice work, and this knife just screams for it.
