I picked one of these up today and it's pretty slick (not literally, the finish is actually slightly grabbier than the standard 0801S110V). Action is perfection and the matted black finish is downright sexy. The pocket clip is stonewashed and markings on the blade are different but all else is the same as the standard 0801S110V. I would have liked to have posted better photos but the lighting in my apartment is terrible. If anyone wants better photos, I can bring these blades to work tomorrow with my camera.

I have to say, that's the best looking 0801 thus far. I love the blackout look in general and the way they've done it is very nice; it suits the design well.

I have to agree. I always wanted the standard 801BLK but thought the fluting is too busy and a bit odd. The S110V on this model is a bonus although I have found it to be very difficult to sharpen.

While it is very nice, to me it doesnt top the 0801cf. Is the BLK a vendor exclusive?
 
The Zero Tolerance 0801S110VBLK is a very limited edition dealer exclusive.

Just Google "Zero Tolerance 0801S110VBLK" and you'll see the dealer link.

Mine was ordered yesterday, shipped today and should arrive on Friday.

I agree that the 0801CF is the most handsome of the family thus far.

Now where, oh where, is that 0801FDE? Seriously!
 
thats one slick looking 110v 0801! Gotta say though my blackwash regular Elmax 0801 finish is so perfect it looks 3 dimensional
 
seems a bit expensive considering the standard version is under 200 pretty much everywhere you look, S110v cant be a cheap steel though

The 0801S110V had a MAP of $280. I'm not sure the black coating is worth another $45, but there are only 98 of them to go around. In other words, I doubt you will see these for sale on the secondary market for less than $325 (but I could be wrong).
 
When I first saw the 801s110v, I wasn't impressed enough to pay the MAP price...but the look has grown on me. $280 worth? That depends on the day - but I haven't purchased one yet. I felt compelled to go check out the black version, even though I'm not big on black bladed folders at this point in time. (Though I agree with the earlier poster regarding the 0801BW - love that one!) The black - both on the blade & the titanium - seems subdued...almost like "graphite". I like it better than a full on black, for whatever that is worth.
I'll be passing on this edition - one of y'all can have mine. Enjoy!!
 
I have to agree, the price was tough to justify but I ordered one in the end. Should be delivered tomorrow.
 
I love that ZT creates so many variations of their knives. Great blackout look, but I still really hate that particular pocket clip.

Food for thought, for whatever its worth.

DLC Isnt cheap. It also requires a trip to ionbond for that process and a trip back.

I like the knife and this is actually one of the few editions you numbers peeps will actually get to know exactly what was made. Less than 100 is pretty damn rare.

Its cool that GG and ZT could get together on this.

The $325 price was also tough to justify for me but I did order one.

They're certainly not selling fast at all. Less than 20 in two days!

I think they would've sold faster if it was BlackWashed.
